Ground Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Technician
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability for flexible work schedules, including early mornings, weekdays, occasional weekends, and graveyard shifts
- Valid driver’s license (not required, but considered an asset)
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable, courteous, honest, and hardworking
- Experience with exterior building cleaning or physical labour roles (preferred but not required)
High Rise Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Technician
Requirements:
- IRATA or SPRAT Level 1–3 certification (required)
- Relevant work experience is desirable; training may be provided to the right candidate
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Experience with exterior building cleaning or physical labour roles (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and suspended stages, with a positive and professional work attitude
- Valid BC driver’s license (considered an asset, but not required)
- Physically capable of working while suspended in a harness for extended periods
- Able to work in varying and extreme weather conditions; criminal record check required
