Requirements:
- Be elegible to work in Canada.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Availablity for flexible work days (early morning starts, weekdays, sometimes weekends and occasional graveyard shifts).
- Have a valid driver’s license (not required, but an asset).
- Team player.
- Able to communicate effectively in english.
- Person who is reliable, courteous, honest, and hardworking.
- Experience with exterior building cleaning or physical labour jobs (preferred but not required).Able to communicate effectively in english.
High Rise Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Technician
Requirements:
- Level 1-3 IRATA or SPRAT is required.
- Work experience is desirable, but training can be provided to the right candidate
- Able to communicate effectively in english
- Experience with exterior building cleaning or physical labour jobs (preferred but not required).
- Not afraid of heights and able to work on ladders and suspended stages. Enthusiasm and decent work attitude.
- Valid BC driver’s license is an asset, but not required.
- Must be able to work while suspended in harness for extended periods of time.
- Be capable of functioning in climatic extremes. Criminal record check will be required.
